Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch your order in 1 to 2 working days, however during busy periods our picking and packing time may be 3-4 days. Please allow picking and packing time plus the time taken for your chosen delivery method before progressing your order.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from our courier to include all relevant information to the delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
VAT / Tax Charges
According to the new EU regulations, all retail sales will be charged the VAT rate of the country of destination – the rate and amount will be visibile in the shopping cart before checkout
Colour options on Titanium and Stainless Steel
These options could require a longer delivery time – please inquire before placing the order or insert a note with request of delivery timing information in the order form.

Firstly please contact email@example.com for a returns reference within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by a returns form which can be downloaded below. No goods will be accepted without a returns reference and form.
Correctly Supplied Goods
Kits may be returned if complete, in a re-saleable condition and have not been fitted. A refund, credit or exchange will be issued as requested.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in advance in order to obtain a returns reference. Please note your returns reference on your returns form and enclose with the goods.
Incorrectly Supplied Goods
A full refund or exchange is offered for goods that are incorrectly supplied or faulty. This applies if Pro-Bolt has supplied goods that do not fit or have provided incorrect product fitment information.
Please use our Standard Returns Address & standard postal services and Pro-Bolt will refund your carriage costs. (please enclose a receipt)

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc, you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.
Please advise Pro-Bolt of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
Pro-Bolt does not accept any responsibility for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of goods whether allegedly faulty or incorrectly supplied.
